A Journey to Wellness
Hello, my name is John Ross. I hope that knowing something about me, my work environment and lifestyle will help you see the challenges I faced on my journey to healthy self-improvement and allow you to understand that if I could do it, so can you.
Born in 1965, I’m an average, middle-aged guy. As I get older and reality becomes clearer, my youthful delusions of being bulletproof have all but faded away. Standing 5’ 10” tall, I went from the stereo typical “Dad Bod” at 230 lbs. and a SNUG 36” waist line, to 160 lbs. and a 30” waist line. That ended up being too lean for my taste. I have since increased my lean muscle mass, now weigh in at 175 lbs. and have maintained the 30” waist line. In this E-Book, I will share the steps I’ve taken to become happier and healthier later in life.
This website will also share information about the products I’ve used to help reach and maintain those wellness goals.
Our Mission: Because the cost of health care and health insurance is so expensive, many cannot afford to pay for care they need or receive. Fit At 57 will donate 50% of all E-Book sales and 50% of all merchandise sales profit to Samaritan Ministries to assist with medical cost for catastrophic needs that people cannot afford or are not covered by insurance plans. We are passionate about helping people become healthier and staying that way. Not only for health reasons, but for long-term benefits as well. When we are healthier, we tend to stay out of the doctor’s office and the hospital. The goal is to reduce personal medical cost by being healthy. We will post our contributions yearly.
